This is designed for hockey players that have advanced skating, stick handling and hockey skill ability.
We don't teach systems or plays at our hockey schools – we leave that to your team coaches. We don't spend time off ice, either. We teach fundamentals of skating, stick handling, and shooting, and we teach in a way that builds confidence and leads to continuous improvement. Simply put, at our hockey camps and hockey clinics we offer you the most on-ice instruction with the best results.
Pro Stride Elite Skating are power skating experts. We believe that the foundation of ice hockey is skating and it is a skill that must be worked on by every player at every age level, including professionals. At Pro Stride, instructors will not just "drill" players and make them go full speed through cones. Our purpose is to TEACH players how to go fast, be quick, be explosive and be efficient. Pro Stride will explain why correct technique is vital to creating more speed and efficiency on the ice.
